The staff are incredibly nice, the hotel is superior and with ideal location very close to Shephards Bush Market tube, the bus station and London in the future. The rooms are functional and brand-new, with a storage, WiFi, and electric outlets.

We had an amazing stay at Double Room Lgbt! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and underground. We felt safe walking alone at night. the host was incredibly considerate, responding quickly and arriving promptly when needed. the room was exactly as shown in the pictures - tidy, clean, and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and the host was a fantastic cook. the hosts were kind, friendly, and lovely. We had two happy days there and would definitely visit again in the future. Cons: It was all superb! 🌟.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient and we felt safe walking around. The staff was friendly and treated us like we were friends.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights and liked it. My superior queen room was functional & neat. the bed was comfortable and it was great having a TV and an iron. the property was so close to the Shepherd's Bush Market tube station.
